Registration

To officially open your case file and assign a dedicated lawyer, a one-time registration is required. This is completed as a donation to a reputable charity organization. We accept the official receipt as proof of registration.

Service Model

Our service is performance-based. You pay a success fee of 10% only on funds successfully recovered for you. If no money is recovered, you pay no service fee.

Moral Damages

In addition to the principal amount lost, we pursue compensation for emotional harm, stress, and trauma caused by the scam. Many cases successfully include a claim for moral damages of at least €10,000 (or equivalent).

Timeline

From the moment your dedicated lawyer is assigned, legal action begins and usually takes 10 to 14 business days. The total duration of the recovery process varies depending on the complexity of the case and jurisdictions involved.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best possible outcome, you are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for additional documents or clarification in a timely manner
• Cooperate fully throughout the legal process

No Guarantees

While we only accept cases with realistic potential, we cannot guarantee recovery for a hundred percent. Every case depends on multiple factors including the quality of evidence, speed of action, and cooperation from financial institutions and courts.
